RETURN CONDITION
We want to ensure your return process is as smooth as possible. Before lodging your request, kindly review the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached.
  • Items with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products, perfume smells, or other marks will not be accepted.
  • Items must include their original box or case.
  • Please lodge your return request within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Unfortunately, items received after this timeframe will need to be returned to the sender.

 

FREE RETURN & SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGE TO DIFFERENT SIZE OR STYLE (AU & US ONLY）

To make things easier, G.D.S. offers FREE SHIPPING for exchanges to a different size or style. Simply visit our EXCHANGE & RETURN PORTAL to select your new size or style. For all other countries, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back for exchange.

 

FREE SHIPPING FOR REFUNDS AS STORE CREDIT + 5% BONUS (AU & US ONLY）

If you'd like to opt for store credit, we’re happy to offer FREE SHIPPING and an additional 5% bonus credit for your next purchase. Simply visit our EXCHANGE & RETURN PORTAL to finalize the return. For all other countries, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back for store credit.

If you prefer to use your own courier service, we will reimburse the shipping cost as store credit once your item is received. Please note that any reverse duties and taxes for returns from outside Australia are the responsibility of the customer.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All of our products go through a thorough quality check before being dispatched. However, if you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please upload images and lodge your request through our EXCHANGE & RETURN PORTAL.

Please note that items damaged due to incorrect garment care or general wear and tear cannot be classified as faulty.

RETURN PROCESSING

We process returns daily from Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your parcel for us to inspect and process your return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and your store credit (including the 5% bonus) will be processed.

Please note that shipping fees and any duties or taxes from the original order are non-refundable.

 

STORE CREDIT + 5% BONUS

Store credit is valid for 36 months from the date of issue. Once your store credit is issued, you’ll be notified via email. You can check your balance by logging into your G.D.S. account under the "Store Credit" section.

Please keep in mind:

  • Store credit cannot be reissued or used after expiration.
  • Items purchased with store credit can only be returned for store credit.
